We collect only the data necessary to verify your identity, process UPI or Paytm transactions, and maintain your account. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketing networks under any circumstance.

On your first visit you are shown a consent banner. You can accept all cookies, accept functional-only cookies, or manage preferences individually. Your choices are stored and can be revised any time from the footer settings link.

Account Security Practices

Accounts are protected by two-factor authentication via SMS or an authenticator app. Withdrawal requests above a set threshold trigger an additional identity check before funds move to your PhonePe or UPI-linked account.

Data Retention Schedule

Transaction records are retained for seven years to satisfy financial reporting obligations. Account profile data is deleted within 30 days of a verified closure request, subject to any outstanding regulatory hold.

Your Right to Access

You may request a full export of the personal data we hold on your account at any time. We prepare and deliver the export file within 14 days of a verified request submitted through our legal email channel.

Policy Change Notifications

When we revise any section of our legal terms, we send a plain-language summary to your registered email address at least 14 days before the change takes effect, so you have time to review before deciding to continue.
